This non-alcoholic aperitif is a natural drink that contains less sugar and 0% alcohol. "Mindful" refers to the choice to be conscious of what and how much you drink, both in terms of alcohol and sugar. A bottle of Feliz contains two glasses of aperitif and is best served chilled in a champagne flute without garnishes or mixing with other drinks.

For the production of the chips, thin slices of the aromatic, golden yellow potato variety "Agria" are hand-browned in sunflower oil until they have the perfect "crispness". They are finished with a pinch of Fleur de Sel.
